A few months ago I entered one of those competitions in the mall, you know the ones that advertise "win a family photo shoot" and since it had been a few years I thought it was worth a try. I didn't win the big prize but one of the consolation prizes.

The actual photo shoot was a huge lot of fun, the photographer was great, suggesting various things to do like a tickle fight and fun poses. In my mind I was only going to get the free print but had a huge amount of fun. I made an appointment to view the photos and again was impressed with the high level of professionalism shown by the staff. I was shown all the photos and various layouts available and could go through each photo and select the possibles and there were heaps of cute photos so that was not an easy task. Then I was asked what sort of print I was after, I had no idea that there were so many but I was glad that I could customise my print to get what I wanted.

The biggest downside was the price but they do offer a layby service and they are really flexible on the terms. Every time I phoned to get a balance on the account the staff were great and incredibly helpful. When the layby was paid off collection was easy. I viewed my print to be sure it was what I was expecting and of an acceptable quality.

I absolutely love my family photo, they did a great job. When I want an updated photo I will have no hesitation in using Red Photography again.
