Share the joys of becoming a big brother! With the arrival of a new baby comes many transitions, and big brothers may need a little extra tender loving care to adjust to a new family situation. This sweet story with adorable toddler illustrations by Caroline Jayne Church is just right to share with and prepare an older brother getting ready for an expanding family.

I was lucky to get the chance to review this book and very thankful at the same time! We currently have a toddler who is getting ready for the impending arrival of her very own baby brother.
As soon as I opened my parcel from KIWIreviews she was right in there grabbing the book and telling me about the big brother and baby on the front. She was very excited. Each page she would squeal with delight as the pictures were clear, bright and easy for her to see what was going on. The pictures were simple and uncluttered which in my opinion is the way it should be in a book designed potentially for a younger audience.
I like the fact the book is hard cover and the pages are thick enough that little fingers can't destroy them when turning the page. The storyline is fantastic and shows the positive on what its like becoming a "big brother". It shares different ways of how they older sibling can help out the younger sibling and also reinforces that no matter what, even if you get a new baby in the family that everyone still loves each other the same.
This is one book that I will be recommending to family and friends who have a child who is about to become a big brother or sister. It's great to finally see a positive book about gaining a new sibling.
