Tom (Steve Martin) and his wife Kate (Bonnie Hunt) are the parents of twelve children, though only eleven still live with them. When Tom gets offered the coaching job of his dreams the family moves, with all of the children strongly against it. When there Kate's new book (about the family) ends up taking off, and so she goes on a book tour leaving Tom to juggle the family and his job.
There are some good laughs, some from funny lines and some from slapstick humour. Steve Martin does a great job as the VERY stressed out father missing his wife, juggling 11 moody children and his dream job. Of course a lot of the film rests upon the children, and whilst it can get very hectic with all these kids on camera, they do a great job playing a believable family.
I rather enjoyed this movie, not the best I have seen any of these actors in, but a fun movie and one that is actually decent enough in its humour for the whole family. I didn't enjoy it enough, however, to ever bother with the sequel.

Men in Black follows the exploits of agents Kay and Jay, members of a top-secret organization established to monitor and police alien activity on Earth. The two Men in Black find themselves in the middle of the deadly plot by an intergalactic terrorist who has arrived on Earth to steal a valuable artefact, and trigger a military response against the Earth. In order to prevent Earth's destruction, the MiB must track down the terrorist first, recover the artefact and return it within 24 hours.
It's just another typical day for the Men in Black.
