Playskool Bounce and Ride product reviews

Not only can children propel this ride-on toy forward with their feet, the ball underneath the seat also lets children bounce up and down while they ride.

Put some spring into baby's step with energising Bounce and Ride fun. As baby holds on and begins to bounce up and down on the stationary ball, exciting music, and sound effects encourage him to bounce, boing, bounce! When he's ready unlock the kickstand for free rolling, ride on play.

We spent a while choosing the first ride on for our son, we wanted something cheap until we discovered whether he liked it or not and small while he was getting used to riding around. With it being low to the ground he can take him self off it safely and we have found it doesn't tip over easily when he is trying to get off the side which is a bonus

We chose this one as he loves to bounce so thought that this one may appeal to him as it has the ball under the seat so they can bounce up and down on the seat. As they bounce there are sound effects and music to add to the appeal. My son loves the bounce sound effect it makes him laugh. Sometimes he will even just sit there pushing on the seat to make the sound without hoping on it.

It moves quite easily along the floor as it is not really heavy so it is easy for a 1 year old to use. Although I have noticed that there can be a bit of a drag on the carpet where the stand for stationary play comes down a bit far when put back up for ride on fun.

We got given two other ride on's for his birthday on the weekend and so far this one has remained his favourite which I think is due to it's smaller size. It is over all a really good basic ride on for children first learning to use one and the bouncing feature is an added extra for children like mine who love bouncing
