If you like books dealing with the weird, wacky and completely strange, then this is the book for you, it has everything from the bizzare world of Ripley's that you could ever want.
Pretty much most of what is in here is amazing and I have to trust the authenticity of the articles and images, however there was one item I had trouble believing, there was a picture of a Crocodile Hand Rattle, which you might say was pretty standard fare for Ripley's, however the fact that it was being called a 'Maori crocodile hand rattle from New Zealand' made me a wee bit suspicious as I have yet to see a crocodile in the wild here in New Zealand.
But aside from that possibly incorrect information it's still a great book to leave lying on the coffee table to encourage some really stimulating (and quite possibly bizzare) discussions.

Thatchthorpe is the last link to saving the Bloodtree and its stories. A master of words, puzzles and language, he was great friends with Spindale's grandfather, Professor Hourly, and is somehow connected with her missing father.
Spindale, Flint and Bramble need to work fast to find the missing code and defeat the evil Rackenard and Zezmena. But ultimately, the fate of the Silvering Kingdom and its stories lies with Abigail. Is she smart enough to figure it out?
