A good little book to give as a gift to your BBQ mad father/partner/brother...
Not to say that it doesn't have appealing recipes for women in it too - 'cause it does, but lets face it, it would be nice if the boys cooked more than steaks, sausages and chops on the BBQ sometimes!
And if they get their hands on this book they will see that their BBQ is a lot more versatile than they may have imagined...
I know I did - ya forget that you can turn the BBQ into an oven sometimes, and it's rare that I think to you something like the wok on top of the BBQ, but this book shows that you can...
The recipes are well presented, have good tips alongside them, as well as decent alcohol recommendations (although you have to be a Lion Breweries supporter to drink them). The photos are enticing without being too over the top and all the recipes are simple to follow... even for the most set in his ways man!
A good addition to the summer cookbooks.
