Disney On Ice - Wellington Show
I was very privileged to win tickets to Disney On Ice from KIWIreviews and I am very glad I did! I would definitely recommend for any age and gender. The show was spectacular! It held everyone's attention and was just the right length of time.
We arrived about 20 minutes before the show started to allow for parking and to be seated, which was a wise decision! When we entered the TSB Arena there were lots of stall's set up selling Disney Merchandise which is very overpriced in my opinion but we got the kids a drink which comes with a cup that you choose the cheapest drink is $14 and goes up to $19. We got the kids a drink with a cup each. They also had wands, masks, bags that were filled with popcorn, balloons among other items. They were very nicely displayed.
We didn't have to wait long before it was announced that the show would be starting in five minutes, We were in awesome seats about 5 rows from the Ice Rink. The kids all squealed with delight when Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse and Goofy made their appearance. The kids were in heaven! I took a 2 year old, 8 year old and 10 year old along and they all stayed fixed on the show the whole time. It was fantastic.
My favourite part of the show was The Lion King. The whole show was very well done and it was good how it had shows within the show to keep the kids interested. I loved how well the costumes were made and the likeness between the characters and the people in the show was amazing. There were fireworks, lanterns, boats, castles it was truly wonderful!
I would definitely go again! Thank you once again for the opportunity!
