This is certainly a good book; I will never have a whole year of boredom again! The activities in this book were outstanding; I was almost busting to try at least one of them! My 2 favourite activities were "Make your own fizzy drink" and "Learn to send a Semaphore message", they are very simple to do, and they don't require a lot of money.
At first, I thought that this book was rather stupid, and decided to read "Think of a Link" first, but after I had done that, I gave this one another go, and didn't want to stop reading! I think that when I'm older, and I have enough money to go overseas, I might go to some of the competitions and festivities in other countries, because they all sounded pretty fun!
I would recommend this book for people 8+, because the activities are ones that are more based for the older kids. I am certain that you will love this book from the "Bonkers Books" range, so have fun reading!
