This book is easy to understand. At a guess I would recommend it for the age of 5+. The stories can be started a little younger, but the bingo and word search games definately require the child to have learnt or be learning to read.

I really like the fact the stories can be cut out to be reused, and also the flash cards can be cut out and laminated for continuous use.

The only thing I could suggest as an improvement to the book, is to make the book have coloured pages. Since it is all black and white it looks very bland and uninteresting - colour would definately liven it up.

Product image for GracelingIn a world where people born with an exceptional skill, known as a Grace, are feared and exploited, Katsa carries the burden of a skill even she despises: the Grace of killing. She lives under the command of her Uncle Randa, King of the Middluns, and is expected to carry out his dirty work, punishing and torturing anyone who displeases him. Breaking arms and cutting off fingers are her stock-in-trade.
