I adore this tea. As someone who spent most of my life drinking sugary carbonated drinks, the switch to tea has been amazing for me and my health, and this tea takes the cake. Being a mix of my two favourite flavours strawberry and lime, I felt drinking this chilled on a hot day was amazing, and refreshing, Drinking it hot was really comforting and soothing, great for when you are sick.

The flavour is sharp, but sweet with hints of apple, rosehip and hibiscus), I suspect they used lime rind instead of juice, to avoid it being intensely sour. I would advise against mixing any fruit tea with milk unless you know what you are doing. I brewed mine in cold water, in the fridge overnight. In the morning you have an amazing tasting tea for little effort. I found I used 2 bags per 700ml's and didn't find myself adding any additional sugar. Although as with all tea's make sure you clean the vessel promptly after consumption.

It is really cheap, another attractive factor and with 20 teabags per box, at a cheap $3.89, that is 7L of tea! for cheaper then you can buy any other beverage, However, it does contain wheat for those with allergies or intolerance.

Healtheries do a fantastic range of herbal teas, with a flavour to suit everyone. At only 19 cents per cup you are getting a pretty awesome deal.

The boxes are all of the same standard size and the only change I would make is to remove some of the information on one end so that when you have a lot of them stacked up, you don't have to hunt through them all for the one you want. The ends are one solid colour while the larger sides often have two colours and are much nicer.

I find this particular one really sweet and it doesn't need sugar or honey but I can't taste the lime, which is marginally disappointing as I like lime. We have been working with the dentist to find something suitable for our daughter that doesn't contain sugar and fake colouring and have found that some herbal teas, like this one are pretty good in a controlled amount. This is her favourite because of its natural red colour.

This tea is good both hot for those really cold winter nights when you want something sweet without the dessert craving and cold as iced tea on those hot days, especially after mowing the lawns.

While it creates more rubbish, I would like to see healtheries individually wrap these so I can stick them in my handbag for while I am out and about giving me a great reason to avoid the coffee. If you are like me and have high blood pressure, swapping even one cup of coffee for this tea will really help you.
