I love a good home-made soup but dont always have the time to make one from scratch. Canned soup although there are some good ones out there just don't seem to compare to the home made taste but then I found these Naked Local Soups at my supermarket.
The Potato and Leek soup is my favourite as being Welsh it reminds me of the soup my nana used to make. I make my own potato and leek soup and this is just as good as my own. The soup contains sour cream so it gives it a rich creamy taste and adds something extra to the taste.
The pouch is 500grams so more than enough to feed the family with some nice crusty bread on the side. On special it can be $4.99 which is when I will buy it as it is quite expensive normally but still probably on a par with making your own home made version without the hassle of making it from scratch. I'd definetly recommend giving this a try or if potato and leek is not to your taste try some of the other options as they really are great soups.
