This is a great follow on from vol 1 and if your kids enjoyed the first one, they are going to adore this one too. With all the same fun and laughter it still has the all-important educational concepts, and that's the biggie for this title.
It doesn't just teach specific ideas, it explore the concepts themselves and tries to teach kids how to think along lateral lines. The answer to one situation can be applied as the solution to a similar one, maybe it looks different, but the idea is the same.
My little one has been having far more fun with the old lego blocks now that the idea of composite shapes has sunk in. A big shape is made of small shapes, and if you ignore scale then a lot of the world makes a lot more sense. Kids are great at that.
This is another great title we will be enjoying for a long time to come, and your kids probably will too.

After serving as a British Army nurse in World War II, Claire Randall is enjoying a second honeymoon in Scotland with husband Frank, an MI6 officer looking forward to a new career as an Oxford historian.
Suddenly, Claire is transported to 1743 where her freedom and life are threatened. To survive, she marries Jamie Fraser, a strapping Scots warrior with a complicated past and a disarming sense of humor. A passionate relationship ensues, and Claire is caught between two vastly different men in two inharmonious lives.
