After the earthquakes we got heavily involved in the initial reopening of te Christchurch CBD. We set up a cafe in 3 forty foot containers within the Re-start Mall and in conjunction with this cafe we created a new coffee blend called Re:start and decided to donate 30 cents per 200 gram pack to help rebuild the badly damaged Court Theatre.
The Re:START blend is a really full-on coffee, with plenty of depth. One for the real coffee lovers. Suitable for all brewing methods. 6 origins are blended to create a complex coffee. Nutty, chocolaty notes with just enough zing (acidity) to keep it lively, yet smoothly balanced.
