At Mr Rad's Warehouse, the best street dancing crews in Los Angeles compete for money and respect. But when a suburban crew crashes the party, stealing their dancers and their moves, two warring friends have to pull together to represent the street and make it back to the top.
Combined a sexy story and the best dance moves to hit the screen in years, 'You Got Served' is the cinema hit that stars R&B sensations Marques Houston and Omari Grandberry, plus comedian Steve Harvey and platinum-selling recording star L'il Kim. Pulsing with a chart-topping soundtrack and untouchable dance sequences, 'You Got Served' is electrifying entertainment that you've got to see.

I am not a great fan of Hip-Hop music, but I am always impressed and in awe of the gymnastic ability of those who can dance this style... and the stars of this movie REALLY CAN DANCE! With syncronised acts with up to a dozen dancers all moving together as though their nervous systems were linked, I was not 100% certain that it wasn't some super-advanced CGI technology in action... it just didn't seem possible for individuals to act and react as though they had one mind driving them all. Stunning, it was, truely stunning.
The storyline was so-so, and a bit cluttered in places, but the music had a great beat, the dancing was stunning, and the movie overall suffered no loss, even with the inclusion of L'il Kim right at the end. She's an arrogant one, and her antics just grated every nerve I had... but it was worth it to see the Big Final Showdown...
Overall, if you're lovin' Hip-Hop, say "I DO!"... and go rent/buy this movie. You'll love it.
