Made with only the purest spring water from Sweden along with an abundance of fresh oranges and delicious kick of ginger bitterness on the finish. Astonishingly refreshing, Rekorderlig Orange-Ginger Cider is best served in a tall glass packed full of ice and slice of lemon.

I have a very strong dislike for ginger in drinks so when my friend gave me the glass to drink out of she waited until I had a sip and said it was rather yummy before telling me it was ginger and she waited to see if I would change my mind. I was surprised that it was ginger since it was nice and gentle tasting but I could smell the ginger in it so I did kind of suspect that she had given me the ginger one to taste.
The bottle is a generous size so you can share with friends if you prefer not to drink alone. I did try and read the label (as it is always informative) but found that the writing on the label is rather small and really difficult to read but when I tried to google the product to list it I stumbled across their website and found that there is some good information about this product.
I notice that there are some other flavours, some have me going well that is an obvious and some that sound like it could be interesting to try. I might have to start being a bit more adventurous and try cooking with cider next but that would mean having to buy two bottles, one to taste and one to cook with.
Although I am still not a fan of ginger drinks this is one I would buy again but not as a regular item in my shopping, it would be more of a "I feel like something different to drink" kind of buy.
I was on route to my in-laws and stopped in a local liquor store to pick up something to take with us and happened upon this flavor of Orange and Ginger, a combination by this company that I hadn't seen before and as I love a good ginger beer and other such drinks I simply had to grab a bottle to try.
I could smell the ginger as soon as I opened the bottle but it wasn't as strong to taste as I expected it to due to the smell as it was more of a hint of ginger, but easy enough to tell that the ginger was there. Despite this saying that it is Orange and ginger I have to say that it had far more of an apple taste and the orange was more of a hint that full on, but once all were combined it was a rather yummy tasting drink.
The label on the bottle is rather nice though I could do with it having a bit more information on it, and a bit more readable but other than that it is a very noticeable label and I have never yet had to query what brand exactly I am buying. This is a sweet drink with a hint of tartness to it, I have rather enjoyed it and will be happy to buy this again in the future next time I see it.

Light damages milk, and independant studies have shown it. Like that published in the Journal of Dairy Science which has shown milk can start to lose vitamin A in as little as 2 hours of continuous light exposure, and research supported by Cornell University which has shown that light exposure can degrade vitamins B2 and A in milk too.
Both of which are essential, vitamin A supporting healthy eyesight and our immune system, and ... more...
