Daisy the Doughnut Fairy product reviews

Daisy the Doughnut Fairy and her mermaid fairy friends spend their days making tasty donuts. There isn't much else for them to do, and eventually find they've made so many that there's no room left in their tower!

The fairies try to find new uses for the donuts with disastrous results. All seems lost, but when the Pancake Pirates' ship hits a rock, a most unusual chain of events unfolds, leading to exciting adventure and unexpected friendship!

With fun illustrations and a great story, this book will have children and adults alike laughing!

If you love rhyming books about fairies, mermaids, pirates and doughnuts you will love this book. It is beautiful told about fairy mermaids who make doughnuts all day every day until there were so many doughnuts they had no room to live. So between them they try to figure out the best use for doughnuts experimenting as they go along.

The pictures are lovely and my girls got a lot out of them. I especially love the idea of making the doughnuts into wheels for a bike, naturally they get all squishy but it was a neat idea. My daughters love the idea of using doughnuts as jewellery and are both now wanting to try that, although they have concluded they would probably eat them all up.

It is a very fun book and children will love it. I asked my girls after reading this book what they would of done with the doughnuts and both said they would just eat them till there was none left. I pointed out they would get tired of eating doughnuts every day and so they thought they would make a house out of doughnuts and sleep on them.

A good book to discuss once finished and a lot of laughs while reading. We loved the front cover as well so nice and shiny, it naturally grabs little girls attention. Fairy mermaids are definitely my girls favourite kinda of fairies especially with there glittery tails.
