Finding creative ways to get some exercise, do lots of walking but it is not helping me to get into shape or lose some weight, not keen a gym so this is a good solution. I can dance around my own lounge and no one can laugh or think they can do it better, well that was the thinking.. my kids often laugh as I don't get the moves right but I have fun so that is what I'm most worried about.
I know a lot of the songs so tend to choose the songs I know, when you choose the song it shows the difficulty and effort required.. I should do the more difficult routines and will get there one day. I like that I can put it on shuffle and not know what song to expect, almost like I'm out in a club or I can choose the song myself so it is hard to get bored of the music or moves.
A fun way to get moving.
