My little Misses absolutely adore Angelina Ballerina and are avid followers of her adventures with her little sister Polly and all her friends. They were pretty happy to have this to watch with the horrid weather we have been having and have watched this DVD a too many times to count over the past week!!
What I really like about this DVD is that all three of my girls get up and dance along with Angelina. Polly is very involved in this series of stories and as though taking inspiration my older two have been teaching Miss Two how to dance and involving her in their nightly concerts. The music seems to captivate them and they have got their own music boxes out to dance too. Needless to say that keeps them amused so although I don't like them watching having lots of screen time this DVD does inspire lots of creative play and gives them idea for how to perform a concert and props etc.
This does have a lot of moral ground and values interwoven through the story so even if not consciously I do find my girls behave a little nicer to each other after they have watched this DVD (and other Angelina Ballerina DVD's).
There is nothing tired about this DVD and if you have enjoyed any other Angelina Ballerina DVD's then you will definitely enjoy this. It is enjoyable watching Polly grow up and seeing the relationship develop between Angelina and Polly and this is just brilliant at affirming the importance of sisters. Another brilliant addition to our Angelina collection.

Eliza succeeds so well, however, that she outgrows her social station and - in a development added ... more...
