I'm not a huge fan of prunes, more in terms of its just something I hadn't really thought about buying/assumed as I didn't like them as a child I wouldn't like them now. However after trying these at a friends I decided they were definitely something I could buy to add to my lunchbox/add some variety.

I knew I would only buy this brand of prunes as they really are kept so fresh - its also a brand I feel is trustworthy and I have recommended to others before in my job (often toddlers/young child go through stages of battling constipation which prunes can be a wonderful natural cure of). I have seen many of the little packets these are available in opened and the fruit is always moist and fresh. So I knew I was buying a good product, however I still wasn't very happy with the price tag (it really did take me by surprise in the supermarket!)

I love the orange taste of these and think its probably a huge reason why I like these prunes more than what I remember of them from when I was a child. I brought a big packet of the prunes and found they lasted a decent amount of time with the packet being resalable ~ a definite bonus. Totally do recommend these prunes to others - they are yummy no doubt about it!

I absolutely love prunes and so does my partner. My 18 month old has been experiencing a bit of constipation lately so we have been buying prunes to naturally help him with this. He isn't as much of a fan as we are so it can be a bit of a tough business getting him to eat them and they usually end up pureed with some pear.

I bought these to try as he loves orange and thought he might prefer the prunes if they had an orange taste. I tired them first and I liked them but definitely prefer a plain prune rather than with the added orange taste. My son however prefers these ones and I have managed to get him eating them straight out of the packet. He will only eat one or two at a time but even that is a success in my eyes.

I like these sunsweet packets as they are resealable and it keeps the prunes moist and fresh. The prunes inside the packet stay as fresh as the day you opened them. I also like how sunsweet prunes are really moist and juicy the way you expect a good prune to be!
