Nilfisk Coupe Parquet Vacuum product reviews

I couldn't afford an overly flash vacuum cleaner but I did need something that worked well. It is important to me that a vacuum has good suction as my son is always at floor level. The vacuum we had didn't suck any more and even after cleaning the floor you would see dust and crumbs so we went out and bought one of these nilifisk vacuum cleaners.

The first thing I noticed how lightweight and compact it was. We only have a small house so it is important that we don't have to use a lot of space for storing the cleaner. This one fits in the small cupboard in our hallway easily so it is great that we can tuck it away. I can lift it quite easily to carry it out of the cupboard and it glides along easily behind you as you are vacuuming so you don't have to keep turning around and pulling at it.

The nozzle foot also glides across the floor easily and is easy to remove when you need to take the need to get the end of to clean the couches or along the corners of the skirting boards. I vacuum everyday so it is important to me that it is light and manouevarble and easy to use as I like to do it quickly while my son is having his afternoon nap.

When I first turned this on and started cleaning the floors I was a amazed by the suction. I found it was actually lifting the carpet up as I run it along the ground so it always looks super clean when I have finished. The only annoying thing is when you are doing the mats you have to hold them down with your feet otherwise they get lifted off the floor.
