I randomly found these earlier in the year when i was starting to come down with a cold and desperately wanted rid of it! Im an early childhood teacher so its pretty often that im picking up bugs off all the children i care for!
I took the pills (three times a day) for two days and all my symptoms were gone!! Wow i was so impressed but wasnt entirely sure it was all down to these.
However as the year has gone on and more "snuffles" have arrived i have immediately gone to take these and pronto all symptoms disappear! I have even taken these as early as that first slightly sore throat and after one or two tablets thats the end of anything before it even started!
So far as the year has gone on my fiancee (i had to talk him into the first time ~ you know what males are like) and i are have been through two bottles and have saved ourselves several colds!!
Totally converted and would highly recommend to anyone!!
