Huntress product reviews

Nature is out of balance in the human world. The sun hasn't shone in years, and crops are failing. Worse yet, strange and hostile creatures have begun to appear. The people's survival hangs in the balance.

To solve the crisis, Kaede and Taisin are picked to go on a dangerous and unheard-of journey to the city of the Fairy Queen. Taisin is a sage, thrumming with magic, and Kaede is of the earth, without a speck of the otherworldly.

But the Kingdom needs only one huntress to save it, and what it takes could tear Kaede and Taisin apart for ever...

Product reviews for listing 9271: At Home on the Farm
Written by Ned Barraud

Product image for At Home on the FarmAn exploration of life on a New Zealand farm during a long, dry spell. Through lyrical rhyming text, readers are taken on a journey across paddocks, barns, and treetops, encountering the animals and landscapes that make up the farm's rich ecosystem. From the circling kahu in the sky to the hardworking sheepdogs, restless horses, and a watchful rooster, each page captures the rhythms of rural life. As drought grips the land, the farm waits in anticipation-until, at last, the rain arrives, bringing renewal and relief.
