The first thing I noticed about this product was the lovely blackberry colour and the quality of the woven material strips. As someone who hasn't had much experience using things like this, I must admit to a degree of nervousness. The instruction leaflet enclosed was well written and helped me figure out the most effective way to use what was in the box. The suggested heating time in the instructions is easy to follow and if you are careful and don't go too far, the risk of scalding is minimal.
In the pack there are wooden sticks which can be used to apply the wax, and these are effective for large areas but I found the wooden sticks difficult for fine detail. The possible inclusion of a soft piece of plastic would help, I think, for the more fiddly areas. I also came to the realisation that the old saying of 'A little goes a long way...' was very true with this product. When heated to the right temp, this wax can tend to go for miles. The fabric strips provided removed the wax well and were nice and soft. The added bonus of them is that they are washable and can be reused.
Bodeze worked well for me and I got a good result. This is something I would be keen to use again but, with the price being what it is, I might be more inclined to getting it on special.
