my level of fitness gives me a strong body shape something close to a pear in fact. so i figured i should give this home gym thing a go. at first i found it tough to use with anything more than 2 bands attached but after 2 weeks i was up to 4 bands and now after a month i am up to all 6 bands attached. i was also really impressed with the foot pedals. these gave me extra workout and could be used to hook my feet under in the early stages to help with the leverage and as i got stronger i was able to use them to make my ankles stronger. this is important to me because i do a lot of walking as part of my new job and need strong feet and legs. as a bonus i have been able to fit back into some old clothes so have saved myself a fortune on new gear. always a bonus for those of us short on free cash. even though this isnt the cheapest item on the market it has enough features that it becomes cheaper than buying all the separate bits one by one. worth looking into if you want to work out more than one bodybit and dont have a lot of empty space in the house. all in all quite a good buy for those with the money on hand.
