Whatever We WannaProduct reviews...
Back in the day, Oasis were 'IT' for 'New Music' that actually had something to say that didn't revolve totally around the monstrous ego of a solo artist bleating on and on and on about his sexual prowess or how he lived a hard life and all this fame was rich rewards for his efforts to crawl out of the gutter... and other such utter codswallop.
These guys had messages, real messages, and used wonderful tunes, guitar and voice to express those messages. Some were really obvious, some were hidden under a more pop feel, slipping into the back of your mind without you realising, making you think about the world around you. It was great music coming of age. But, like all things in life, the fashion changed year by year, and Oasis slowly slipped further off the new route of 'mainstream music'... so when this DVD came out to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of their debut on the rock scene, and the start of a new era in music, I had to have a look, oh most certainly yes I did.
I was totally blown away by being able to see this band in action, instead of just hearing them. I mean, hearing them is plenty good enough, but to see the videos as well, it just added something really special. And with all the extras, including the unofficial bootlegs... especially "I am the Walrus"... brilliant.
Overall, if you liked Oasis, you'll love this DVD... so get in quick while the bonus 2-disc version is still available!

Located on Rangitikei Street, next to the BNZ Bank and opposite the Westside Building (currently under conversion to Apartment accommodation) we are right in the heart of the city.
The cosy atmosphere is enhanced by live bands playing regularly, and a slots casino discreetly tucked away in one corner.
Come and see us, we'd love to see you!
