OK, it's not as healthy and low-fat as the Healthy Choice range, but this sure is a wonderful susbstitute!
What can I say, the veal is tasty and filling, the cheese and ham just adding that something extra. The veges and cheese are wonderful, though the carrots are a little bland if you don't rub them through the cheese sauce.
Overall, this one will soon be a regular in my freezer, for dealing with those short-notice dinners on Friday nights after work.
