The description for this product is heaven on a spoon and this is not a lie! It was an instant hit with both My husband and myself. My husband loves anything lemon but I'm not the biggest fan but decided to give the passionfruit and lemon a try and so glad I did.
One of the first things I noticed after the smell is the fact there is very little passionfruit pips with in the curd, perfect for anyone who loves the flavour without the crunchy bits! I couldn't resist I had to dip the spoon in and try it straight away it looked and smelt so inviting. The curd is a delight for the taste buds Passionfruit with a lovely hit of lemon. To me it was the perfect balance of each flavour.
I uses for it is limitless your only limited by your imagination I tried mine on toast and why it was nice my favourite way to use it was in desserts. I made chocolate whoopee pies and when putting in the chocolate filling I snuck in a hidden centre of the stuff. They were an instant hit and didn't last long at all. The best use I found for it was filling mini birds nest with it then topping it with cream!
We will be ordering some more because no other curd we have found compares!
