After an unpleasant run-in with the cooking of the Nasi Goreng, I thought I would learn from the lesson and prepare this dish slightly differently than the instructions suggested.

After decanting the frozen mass out into a larger bowl, I broke it up into chunks and nuked the hell out of it for 5 minutes, gave it a stir and nuked it again for a further minute. Perfect! Grab a fork, dig in... YUM!

Overall, so far, this is my favourite from the range. Have to try a few more to be sure if this is the tops. :)

Having bought this product in the past, I was happily presented with the opportunity to have it again.

I thought the food was reasonably well presented and really tasty, considering that it was pre-packaged and had been snap frozen.

I have tried to make meals of this sort in the past and found the results to be rather poor. I was glad to find a nice serving of vegetables and nice big pieces of chicken.

Overall, rather a yummo feed.

Product reviews for listing 3147: Lime and Chilli Plash -  Produced by St Andrews Limes

Product image for Lime and Chilli PlashAn Asian style accompaniment. With ingredients of chilli and fish sauce, this 'light splash' can be mixed with mint, coriander, parsley or basil and dolloped over a green salad or used as a dressing for prawns and fish.

Try splashing into a vegetable stir fry, a salad or over noodles to achieve an Asian flavour.
