After an unpleasant run-in with the cooking of the Nasi Goreng, I thought I would learn from the lesson and prepare this dish slightly differently than the instructions suggested.
After decanting the frozen mass out into a larger bowl, I broke it up into chunks and nuked the hell out of it for 5 minutes, gave it a stir and nuked it again for a further minute. Perfect! Grab a fork, dig in... YUM!
Overall, so far, this is my favourite from the range. Have to try a few more to be sure if this is the tops. :)
Having bought this product in the past, I was happily presented with the opportunity to have it again.
I thought the food was reasonably well presented and really tasty, considering that it was pre-packaged and had been snap frozen.
I have tried to make meals of this sort in the past and found the results to be rather poor. I was glad to find a nice serving of vegetables and nice big pieces of chicken.
Overall, rather a yummo feed.

An Asian style accompaniment. With ingredients of chilli and fish sauce, this 'light splash' can be mixed with mint, coriander, parsley or basil and dolloped over a green salad or used as a dressing for prawns and fish.
Try splashing into a vegetable stir fry, a salad or over noodles to achieve an Asian flavour.
