Sleep Balm product reviews

Eternal Essence's Sleep Balm is a real sanity saver. I use it on my girls (4.5 and 3) when they are having problems settling down to sleep. I don't use it every night but it is great for those nights when they are all hyped up and there isn't time for the usual wind-down bedtime routine. Often if they are acting up instead of going down to their room for a growl I will go and offer them sleep balm and I rarely have to go back into them. They have settled down enough to allow each other to get to sleep.

I also use it on myself when I am unable to sleep due to stress or to resettle after being woken by one of my darlings during the night. It calms me enough that I can get to sleep without having to resort to any medication. It has a lovely lavender smell which we all love and hubby doesn't complain about if I smell of it.

I apply it to my girls' temples and mustache area and often a bit on their chest and back too. Sometimes their dollies will get some on their hard plastic faces if the dollies are accused keeping the girls awake too. It hasn't stained the dollies although I haven't tried it on the fabric yet. My girls are keen to apply it themselves but I have learnt the hard way that I need to apply it myself, firstly because they waste it and secondly because if they rub their eye with a finger that has had sleep balm on it we all know about it. It stings.

This is one product that I will always keep in the house. I won't go away overnight without it either. I have recommended it to friends both for themselves and their children. It is truly worth every cent.
