Well I got to chose a few DVD's to review and actually got this one to review so that was neat, was one I had picked as I have a daughter that loves Angelina Ballerina funny enough my son does too.
The disk comes in a great carry case and all excitement for my daughter its pink. It has 5 stories on the disk, all 5 last 65mins together. We made popcorn and the kids sat down to watch, lots of dancing and fun. Stories were very good and the kids seemed to understand them.
The picture was nice and clear, the colours nice and bright and the talking was nice and clear which helps my daughter with her speech at the same time. Learning dances and songs while my kids danced around the room with Angelina and her friends, the last story was very interesting but was nice to see a different culture brought into it, Hindi music and song which got my kids trying to do the moves too. It gives the kids things to think about like, do we go off and do something when its a siblings birthday to upset them or include them or miss out on the thing you want to do, I just love the lessons that are taught without the kids knowing they are learning
The 65mins was up and both kids asked to watch it again, I have told them another time, its not something I can listen to over and over again but im pretty sure being a mum that studies i could put this on and hide in my room for 65mins to get some quiet study time done so this is perfect as the kids attention span was good with this one.
Asked my kids what they thought of the shows. My daughter who is 4 years 8mths - "I liked it mummy, she does lots of dancing and i want to dance like her." My son who is 3 years 4mths - "that's good."
