With planetary mixing technology - Scrapes the Bowl So You Don't Have To
There are many tricks to baking scrumptious cakes, biscuits, breads and pastries, but one of the most important is thorough mixing. Under-mix and your cake is lumpy. Over-mix and your cake won't rise properly. The innovative Scraper Beater wipes the sides and bottom of the bowl with every turn, cutting mixing time by up to 60%. Not only does it mix ingredients better, but there's now no need to stop and scrape down the bowl with a spatula.
By replicating the mixing action used by patisseries and bakeries, the Scraper Mixer uses 'planetary mixing' for a superior end result. 360 degree bowl coverage is achieved by the counter-clockwise motion of the mixer head combined with the clockwise "sweep" of the beater and extra wide mixing attachments.

I love my Breville Scraper Mixer... I use it every other day, I love to bake!! It lives on my kitchen bench as it doesn't have time to be sitting in my cupboard, plus I love showing it off....it is my baby!! Haha. My Mixer has literally made me a perfect baker and a great cook.
I love that it does everything, it mixes cakes, cupcakes, desserts, mixes together scone dough, bread dough, and my favourite pizza dough, and it whips up cream to the perfect consistency, lightly whipped or whips it to butter in the matter of minutes!! Egg whites don't have a chance and the Breville Scraper Mixer mixes up the perfect pav or sponge!! You can turn it onto the perfect setting, fold, beat, whip, cream etc. and once it is turned on you can walk away and it does all the hard work.
The Breville Scraper Mixer comes with 3 different attachments, the scraper attachment, the dough hook attachment and the balloon whisk attachment, so making whatever you want becomes a breeze! The best part of the mixer is in its name - Breville Scraper Mixer - as it really does scrap the side of the bowl so you don't have to stop the mixer and do that which makes the whole process of baking and using it fast, hassle free and a pleasure to use.
I love that this can be bought in every good electrical shop and is a very reasonable price for all that the mixer does, it really is a great machine and a lot of my friends joke with me that I need to upgrade to the newer model and give them my old one...but no way, I love my Breville Scraper Mixer too much!! It comes in different colours as well so your new mixer can match the decor of your kitchen. I did actually purchase one for my sister for her birthday as she loved to use my one and really wanted one of her own.
With it being a Breville product, you can rest assured it is a great brand and a great company that offers extra parts or replacement parts when and if you require them, and as the makers of Breville products invent something new like a new attachment or ice-cream maker they make sure it is compatible with the existing models of mixers, as I have recently discovered!! I can buy a bowl and a paddle attachment to make my own home-made ice-cream, and use it on my existing Breville Scraper Mixer which means I don't have to purchase the latest model mixer in order to use the latest attachments; how cool is that!!
My beloved mixer just gets better and better and better. If you love to bake, or cook and want the process to the easy and very hassle free invest in a Breville Scraper Mixer because you will not regret the decision and it is money well invested. I wouldn't trade mine for anything, it is here to stay!
