Product reviews...
I forgot I had actually bought some of this and when going though my cupboard to get the cleaning toothbrush I spotted it and thought I would give it a try. My toilets and bath were dirty i have a toilet training boy in the house and the bath well we just havent used for a while and it had paint and scum around the tub, so this was going to be a GREAT test.
I had no gloves but on the back it said no harsh chemical residues and no rinse is required so this was going to save me some work and keep my hands safe too. So off to work i went, spraying on all the scum and toys in the bathroom, sink, toilet and the mirror. I walked away and left it for 10mins like the bottle says, now i HATE leaving things like this when i have two young kids in the house. But when it says no rinse is required im guessing its safe for the kids.
After 10mins was up I went in with my handy cloth and gave everything a wipe and wow it was great, wiped off nice. Some i had to give a bit of a scrub and I used some water in the bath. But other than that everything looks good even the mirror. its great foam action just cuts though everything. I will be buying more for my bathroom once this is all out. The best thing is my hands still feel like normal not all yucky like after other products
After first using this product to be honest i was a little bit gutted it didnt smell like the original dettol (i know it smells a little like hospitals but it also smells like "clean" to me) ~ i liked the smell of it ~ but after awhile it started to smell a bit like to much toilet cleaner or spray :( I should mention here that i had the 'Fresh Mountain Spring' Bathroom Cleaner.
However on the positive side i totally loved the foaming action and the clean it gave, i was a little bit worried leaving it on the glass of our shower for a full 10mins but was definitely worth it! Generally i dont always follow instructions on packaging but these were very clear and direct so due to reviewing i followed exactly in order for a clear result (And i think i will continue to do from now on lol)
I also love the thought that it doesnt contain a chemical residue. Based on these facts alone i will definitely be buying some more once through this lot ~ Maybe ill be trying the other scent just to see. It prob just comes down to personal preference as I know of others who liked the smell.
