Fun Blowpipe product reviews

I have got to say, this is a pretty funky toy considering it's just a tube of plastic and three darts with suckers on the end. Once I had found out that in order to make the darts launch, you only need to put the funnel-like end of the tube to your lips and apply a short burst of air, it's nice and simple. Plus, since this thing requires no assembly, it has a lot less chance to break, meaning that really young kids can try to shoot some darts without breaking the tube.

I liked the way that the end of the tube you blow into has an opening smaller than the darts, so you can aim it at the ceiling and not have the risk of the ammo falling into your throat and, well, I think you know what happens next. I loved playing with this, it is an awesome, fun, simple way to get better at aiming, plus you also learn what it's like to use a blowpipe, but instead of using drugged or poisoned darts, you're using safe, sucker-tipped darts which can be fired indoors or outdoors (but kids, just to be clear, don't go aiming the darts at your cat, younger sibling or your Grandmother's Ming vase deliberately).

The aim was good, I'm still trying to get a bullseye though, but it just takes practice. It was a shame that this blowpipe didn't have one of those little plastic targets that help you aim better mounted on the end of the blowpipe, like they had on the box, it would be good if Petron would make sure to either change the pictures to match the contents, or vice versa.

When I was firing the darts, they didn't suffer much drop, so I'm glad that the blowpipe can fire so fast that there is little time for gravity to take effect; it means that it improves accuracy and you don't have to aim the pipe too high in order for it to land around where you want it to (That is, if you're firing from a short distance). I thought that this was awesome, pretty much anyone can use it, even my 3 year-old brother wanted to give this thing a try. I hope you'll love this as much as I do!
