Unravel the Mystery of Malgrave Island!

The seek-and-solve fun of the Mystery Case Files series makes its first appearance on the Wii system with Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident. Players must unravel the mystery behind the enigmatic Malgrave Island and search for clues, solve puzzles and find cleverly concealed items in varied multilayered hidden-object scenes.

Legend has it that a strange dust found on Malgrave Island has the power to cure any illness. As players collect the dust, they also unearth the island's many mysteries and raise questions about a wealthy industrialist with a secretive past.

Features:
    •  The Multiplayer feature allows up to four players to team up in Adventure Mode and crack the case together or face off in a competitive hunt for hidden objects.
    •  For the first time in the Mystery Case Files series hidden-object scenes have three visual layers. Utilizing the Wii remote players must zoom and scroll to find certain objects. Each hidden-object scene contains an inventory item that will help players access new areas, solve other puzzles and unravel the mysteries of Malgrave Island. -In addition to puzzles, players will encounter hidden collectible items that can unlock bonus stories.
    •  To aid players in locating hard-to-find items, a hint button in the form of an on-screen magnifying glass can be used to highlight the area surrounding certain objects.-A gripping storyline will keep players engaged as they progress through the game's puzzle-based challenges.

I love hidden object games and can play for hours, hard to do when the kids keep getting in the way and asking for things but when I get the chance I like to lose myself in game.

I don't play the team player mode as I like to take my time and follow the story. I really like that I can move the scene around and zoom in if I'm stuck, most the time the objects are well hidden so it can take a bit of looking. Like all hidden object games I can use the hint function if I'm really stuck. Like that it has mini games so it is not just finding objects that they have tried to hide.

I haven't managed to finish the game yet but really enjoying the story. Graphics are good and when I'm seriously stuck I can google for a walk through and just refer to it when needed, most the time the answers are obvious when you take a few minutes to think about it.
