I swear buy eternal essence Vapour Rub, I have been using this now for well over a year on both my children and myself. It's perfect for the little children who hate the smell of normal vicks and the strong hot smell it has, You don't get that burning sensation from it like other vapour rub products .You can actually put this under and on your kids noses as it do-sent burn or get to hot it smells way better, it soaks into your skin good and isn't greasy like other products, being made of natural products you don't have to worry about any harmful chemicals, better yet you don't need to wash your hands after using it as it actually makes your hands feel soft and smell really nice, nor do you have to worry about getting it in your eyes because you haven't washed your hands. Another good thing is the container it comes in can be recycled or even cleaned out and used for something else at home. You can get three different sizes - a test pot is good for keeping in your bag or taking away on overnight trips. I find that it lasts longer then your normal size vicks, and a little always goes a long way, for instance the next size up lasted me just over a year. I would Highly recommend this to anyone who hates strong smelling vicks and who would rather smell lovely and have natural safe products on you |

When I was a child Mum always lovingly rubbed Vicks Vapour Rub onto our chests when we had a cold. When I became a Mum I planned to use it too until I read the ingredients. I needed to find something natural that would do the same job. As soon as I heard about Eternal Essence's Vapour Rub I knew I had to try it. It is totally natural but the tub I bought last winter is still in perfect condition for me to us now that the cold season has returned. I use it on my girls (now 3 and 4.5) whenever they have a stuffed up nose. There has been many nights where I thought one of them would be unable to sleep because they were so blocked up but thanks to applying the rub we have all got a good sleep and aren't all blocked up in the morning. For the last week I have had a cough that gets worse at night. I have been taking cough medicine so I would stop coughing long enough to get to sleep. The other night my coughing woke me up and I realised I didn't have any cough mixture left and there would be no where to buy some in the middle of the night. Desperate to do something to allow me to sleep I tried the vapour rub. I had never tried it for a cough before but it really worked instantly. Usually when I take a cough lolly in the middle of the night I am sucking as fast as I can so I can go to sleep without the risk of choking. With a rub this isn't an issue. The rub stopped my cough and allowed me to breathe through my nose which in turn meant I didn't have an open mouth which would dry my throat and make me cough more. This natural vapour rub is now a staple in our medicine cupboard and the kids know that it will help them to breath and sleep. |
