With my interest in children's designer clothing range I came across this local website and have had nothing but great service from the owner and operator Hayley. The website is easy to use with the different brands clearly divided and there is a good range of products of the different brands and their ranges. As it is a small family run business they don't have as many different styles as some of the other big online retailers but I have found the service more than makes up for it. I ordered a couple of items that, through no fault of Hayley, didnt arrive when they were supposed to and she offered to find me the items from another retailer so I didn't have to wait, and then because I chose to just wait until they did arrive she provided me with a $30 credit to use on future purchases. Also she has offered to order me in things that they do not have in stock and when they had a promo code for a 20% discount and it had run out she still let me have the item I ordered with the discount. Overall I would say the service is above and beyond. It is an online store but she has made offers to people living in Hamilton to go around to her own home and view the products, even offering one of my friends that she would go to their house to show them the products. The website is set up so you can pay securely with your credit card or you have the option of paying yourself via internet banking which always appeals to me as I don't like to have to use my credit card online. If you too are into children's clothing I recommend you give this site a look. |
