With so many internet service providers around these days it is really hard to find a good one that offers good service, good pricing and great customer service. Compass sounded good when I was researching ISPs so after I signed up I was so disappointed when everything turned to custard.
It took them almost a month after my actual connection date to get my services connected and up and running yet they still charged me from my connection date for services. When questioned I was passed from person to person, each one confusing me more. They did not send the forms needed to pay by direct debit as requested and it took several more requests to finally send them resulting in my payment being a week late, and they charged me more for it.
The actual internet service was hit and miss and I spent more time talking to technical support than I did accessing the internet. A very frustrating and expensive experience. After 3 months I gave up and moved to slingshot.
