Guess How Much I Love You: Forever and a Day product reviews

Little Nutbrown Hare is curious, excitable, affectionate, adventurous and playful. Small and brown, with sparkling eyes, he loves to clamber up on Big Nutbrown Hare's shoulders and head off on an adventure. There are so many new and exciting things to discover and learn! Little Nutbrown Hare is full of energy and laughter. An endearing scallywag with a lively imagination and sense of humour, Little Nutbrown Hare often forgets to look before he leaps in his eagerness to have fun.
Features the episodes:
Wind Whistle, The Big Apple, Surprise!, Finders Keepers, Winter Coat, Winter Surprises, New Friend, Lucky Stick

We have the book "Guess how much I love you" and my son Cai loves it it always leads into big cuddles and squeezes and discussions about how much we love him so brings big smiles to his face. When I saw a DVD based on the book I was very keen to watch it so was glad to receive this to review.

I put the DVD on and the first thing you get is the theme song which Cai seemed to really enjoy a nice tune following the title of the programme Guess How Much I love you. The song played between each episode which Cai really enjoyed it wasn't a really up beat song that he could get up and dance to which he likes with DVD's such as the wiggles but he did sit and listen to the tune.

The DVD had 7 individual episodes which you could watch all together or you could select which episode you wanted to view which was good as we couldn't watch the whole DVD in one sitting as Cai got distracted and wen't and found other things to do, as it is quite a long DVD for his age group.

The episodes were very sweet with the Little Nutbrown Hare having some sort of problem or question that he wanted to find the answer to. In one episode the Little Nutbrown Hare doesn't know how to whistle and all his friends do and he really wants to learn how and in another he wants to pick an apple that is high in a tree so has to learn how to keep trying and jump a bit higher.

They all had a nice message about being able to keep trying! Another message that came through in some of the episodes was to find the good in everything, like in the episode about winter they found out some things that were good about winter like winter berries which was really sweet. All in all it is a really sweet series and I would watch again and watch further episodes in the series as they are really heart warming tales.
