I have seen the range of Cranium board games before, and have played it a couple of times, so when I saw this at the toy shop on sale I grabbed it right away.

The great thing about this game is that you can literally just squeeze in a 5 minute game, or you can play for hours if you wanted to.

You need to involve yourself in the game which means you are acting, sketching, sculpting, and word puzzling against a timer. With 200 different activities there's plenty of variety, and by the time you get through them all it will all seem like new. Plus, how you interpret each game is endless.

A great family game, and one that gets you fully involved. I'd recommend it. :)

such a cool game for the family, it is recommended 8 and up but we had miss 2.5 joining in on some of them and we had such a laugh.

the game consists of 200 mini games, great for a quick game before bed or tea time as they are all so quick and easy to complete.

it gets the brain ticking for young and old, and gets those creative juices flowing, cranium brain breaks has the same classic Cranium categories: creative cat, word worm, star performer and data head. The length of game is customizable depending on the number of cards you want to pull since each card requires a 60 second task. although the cards require 60 seconds depending on how fast you are they can take less time, others are harder and you may not be able to complete in the time frame provided.

the price range is reasonable and the kids and I really loved this game, mostly the foot writing, family roll call, and find a item beginning with *

the two things i would change is maybe lower the age group from around 5-99 and defiantly the packaging, although it looks fun and funky it is pretty useless for holding all the pieces in. the brain slides of easily so all the parts fall out and the dice get stuck in other holes, where you have to use utensils to pull them out wreaking the letters on the die, we now have ours in an ice cream container on the games shelf and the kids where the brain lid as a hat which is pretty cool.

we would recommend this game to all families who enjoy games nights or having a mini game around to kill time between things, instead of long ones you never get to finish and then the kids get grumpy because you have to pack it up mid game and go to bed :).

9/10 due to packaging
