Terror Eyes product reviews

The poor monster TerrorEyes can't see! Roll the big green dice to give the monster back the eyes that match the cards. Be quick because other players take turns rolling the red die to steal your eyes!

Who will be the first one to find the monster's eyes?

I picked this up second hand at the request of my youngest who thought it looked like a fun game, given that we have other games by Iello, I didn't mind taking the chance with it. Open up the box and you have four different dice, three are large and chunky featuring the different eyes needed for the game and one side on each dice is blank. There is one red dice which features four blank sides, one exclamation point (if you want to play the more difficult version) and a grabbing hand (which means the person rolling the eyes has to stop and pass the dice onto the person on their left). The main deck of cards feature various combinations of blank spaces and eyes which you need to complete in order to gain the card. An insert in the box itself is where each dice must be placed when showing the correct eye/blank space.

This is really just a game about luck, though if you are a fast dice roller then you have a slight edge on the other payers. You roll the eye dice and place them in the box as they match the card. Everyone else takes turns rolling the red dice in an effort to make you stop before you complete a card. Given the luck of the dice, you may be able to finish a couple of cards before you are told to stop. This does also mean that the next eye roller could end up rolling the lat necessary dice straight away, reaping the rewards of your effort. Whilst this isn't the most stimulating game I have ever played, the kids like the fast pace and trying to catch out the other players before they complete the card. This is a good enough game that provides some fun and entertainment and is very easy to learn.
