I love love love peckish rice crackers! They are always on our grocery list, and purchased every single week. You can never have to many packets of these little beauties in the cupboard and because they come in a variety of flavours, you do not get bored of them either. Eat them straight from the pack, or top them with anything your heart desires or package into little snack packs for in the lunch box. You just can not go wrong.

Once opened, we pop them into the fridge to keep them crispy and fresh. Possibly not the best move though, because every time anyone opens the fridge you hear the familiar crinkling of the cracker packet lol so they do not last very long once opened either and sometimes this can be frustrating, especially if one is yet to make the following days school lunches and that was the last packet haha

My biggest, and possibly only, gripe is that the packets are not easy open, and if you open them wrong then sliding the container out becomes a mission and then you have to tear the packaging even further to be able to get the container, or even just the crackers, out. It has always been a frustration of mine, and not just solely with the peckish brand either. I have the same issue with other brands available on the market.

However, this one gripe is made up for in deliciousness. Each flavour is not skimpy with the flavour added to it, and the price is seriously amazing. Also you get so many crackers in a packet! Seriously, so many. Until coming on here to place this review I was not aware you could buy wasabi flavour though, and this is something I now need to look into further. I have one child that quite likes wasabi and would probably really enjoy that cracker flavour. Two thumbs up from everyone in my home.

I first discovered Pekish Thin rice crackers almost 2 years ago when I started working at my current daycare centre, as we supply meals we have served up these rice crackers several times a week for either morning or afternoon tea along with a side of hummus and dips and fruit and vegetable platters. Having tried many rice crackers in my time I was quite suprised to find that this particular brand of ride cracker had such a different texture to it.

There are so many different flavours available in the Peckish Thins range Tangy BBQ, Pizza Supreme, Sour Cream & Chives, Cheese, Original and Sea Salt and Vinegar to name a few, I am yet to try a flavour that I don't like. Each of the crackers have a unique flavour that tastes just like what it is meant to, they are also very generous on the seasonings which I really like. When it comes to picking my favourite flavour it would have to be the Pizza Supreme which has a pretty good pizza flavour to it, you can certainly spot the tastes of cheese and herbs and even a slight hint of tomato, the Sea Salt & Vinegar come in as a close 2nd favourite they have a real zesty flavour to them which I love and it's not to over powering like some salt and vinegar flavourings can be. The original have a nice taste to them also, but it is plain enough that they are great to jazz up with some cheese, spreads, meats and dips as part of a platter.

My 3 year absolutely loves Peckish thins served with hummus which makes for a great healthy snack, as do all the children at my daycare, and with so many different flavours available there not something they will get sick of quickly. The texture is a lot lighter I find than your average rice cracker and they also tend to almost dissolve in your mouth more than others do. Peckish Thins have recently introduced some brown rice crackers to there range and these have a different texture still and are a even healthier choice if that is what you are after.

Being gluten free almost anyone can enjoy these making a great allergy friendly snack pending on what flavour you choose to buy, a great product with a nice price tag that I keep stocked in my cupboards.

I have just started eating Peckish Rice crackers as I normally bought the Fantastic range. But one day I noticed at the supermarket, the standard price was $2.29 and Fantastic was approx. 50c dearer so I thought, why not give them a try.

The packets are all coloured coded based on the flavours, which make the flavour you like easy to spot. My favourite is Tangy BBQ. This packet features a middle section that is see through, so you can see the crackers, has four ticked points of, gluten free, trans fat free, cholesterol free and gluten free. It also has some fairly simple artwork on the left which is a basting brush of BBQ sauce and BBQ utensils. The only things I can say is the packets are very hard to get into, they have to be cut to be opened. A good option would be for a resealing option on the packet as we regularly snack on these, so have to keep them in an air tight container or they go stale pretty quick.

The cracker has flavour on it that you can see, which is great, has heaps of crunch and can accompany all ranges of dips, but my favourite is good old Edam cheese. I often have Tangy BBQ crackers and Edam cheese for lunch on the run. They are very tasty and have a little kick and that is set off well when eaten with cheese or of course on their own.

I would recommend these crackers as a great option to keep in the pantry when guests arrive, to have for snacks or in a child's lunchbox. They really are quite versatile.

I have never been a fan of rice crackers until I was introduced to these wonderful little mouthfuls of loveliness!! Peckish rice crackers are way nicer and man are they jammed packed with flavourâ¦Tangy BBQ and the cheese flavours are my absolute favourites but with these rice crackers they are all good actually!!

I like the way Peckish rice crackers are thinner and a more lighter cracker, and I appreciate when I eat the crackers they donâ ™t shatter into sharp pointed pieces which always seemed to happen with other brands of rice crackers resulting in an unpleasant eating experience. Peckish rice crackers are a pleasure to eat and I can easily sit and eat half the packet without even realising.

I know plenty of people that prefer Peckish rice crackers as well, and more often than not they are always on special at the supermarket which is great, because it is always a bonus to save money while purchasing a great productâ¦win, win situation. Peckish rice crackers are the only crackers I eat and that wonâ ™t be changing for a long while as I donâ ™t think a better rice cracker could be produced!!

Peckish is really the right name for these little suckers, they are great! I'm not a big fan of rice crackers in general; they're too dry and cardboard-like for my tastes and I'd much rather go with a normal cracker, until I met these!
My favourite is the cheese, they have a really good coating on the cracker which gives it a really intense taste, and not too artificial like others. I'm not overly fond of the wasabi ones as I find them a little too strong, but the sour cream ones are also a hit.
The texture of these crackers is unlike other brands also, the best way I can describe it is smoother, a much nicer mouthfeel than others. And very crispy too. Top some of these with Chop Chop Chicken and you have a great snack and great to give guests when they pop around too. The only downside to these are they do have more calories than other brands so that is something to bear in mind.

I got a packet of the Tangy BBQ flavour and a packet of the Sour Cream and Chives in my latest shop. One evening when I had guests over, I served the BBQ ones by themselves in place of chips. My guests monstered the whole packet, including my 5 year old who is quite picky. I enjoyed the BBQ flavour. It is like a Chinese BBQ taste with soy sauce.

I served the packet of Sour Cream and Chives crackers to guests at a tea party recently. I offered my guests two different types of dip with them. One was a chunky roasted capsicum dip and the other was a puha pesto style dip. The whole plate was gone very quickly. Mostly my 5 year old was to blame for that!

My daughter said these were the yummiest "cookies" she has eaten in ages. A friend described them as like Pringles are to potato chips. They have the same kind of reconstituted style. I personally liked these. They aren't shiny like most rice crackers. The flavour is strong and doesn't lick off. They also don't feel like you are eating plastic wafers. However, they are still a rice cracker, with the same taste.

At $2.39 a packet its almost a dollar dearer than other crackers on the market. But I could see myself buying these again over summer as something a bit nicer to have with dips in BBQ weather.

Ok im a bit of a rice cracker addict ~ however my fiancee cant stand them (he spent three years as a child gluten free and so lived off them then)... These awesome crackers have proved to be a "him wrong and he loves them as much as i do!!

Slightly addicted to the cheese flavour in particular and also the sea salt and vinegar, although the original is best if your teaming with Camembert and relish!

I could easily eat half a pack of these in one go ~ they are just so full of flavour. At one point it got so bad i was even craving them like most people would with chocolate lol! :) Since these were available i havent brought any other brand! They are also great with children (have only tried with under fives including with baby 6months old and she loved them!).

Next time your in the supermarket seriously try some!! Yum!!

Im so pleased to find these listed on KIWIreviews! These are my latest and most favourite crackers! I first discovered these in a promo gift bag from a magazine and became addicted!

These wee crackers have a very different texture - my partner really dislikes these and describes them as "paper like" which is a pretty good description - but for me i like it!

They are all full of flavour, i really like the cheese, sour cream and chives and the lime and pepper. I am yet to see wasabi ones in-store.

The size and price of these is perfect. They are amazing on their own in your lunch, or teamed with pesto and cheese for a lunch on the go. They also are great on cheese or antipasto plates.

A very versatile cracker that most the family will enjoy! My children love these!
