Aliens in the Attic product reviews

The Pearson kids use their wits, courage and video game-playing skills against some feisty, little green aliens who crash-land on the family's vacation home. But the toughest part for the kids will be keeping this whole thing from their parents!

I was expecting this to be really really bad. I avoided it at the cinemas because I thought 'dear god not another Ashley Tisdale film' (you can possibly guess I am not a huge fan of High School Musical), so it was almost a shock to find the film more than palatable, it actually had me laughing in a couple of places.

Of course Ashley was still kind of annoying, but her 'brother', played by Carter Jenkins was rather cute and I liked that all the children were related - either siblings or cousins - yet actually got along fairly well. There was nothing particularly profound about this film (I would have liked a couple fewer children and more layers to their characters), it was definitely fun enough to tide me over while babysitting the kids nextdoor.

Product reviews for listing 6010: Death Proof
Directed by Quentin Tarantino

Product image for Death ProofStuntman Mike (Kurt Russell) is a professional body double who likes to take unsuspecting women for deadly drives in his free time. He has doctored his car for maximum impact; when Mike purposely causes wrecks, the bodies pile up while he walks away with barely a scratch. The insane Mike may be in over his head, though, when he targets a tough group of female friends, including real-life stuntwoman Zoe Bell (who served as Uma Thurman's double in "Kill Bill"), who plays herself.
