Wireless Cabinet Light product reviews

Dream Baby cabinet light is easy to install into baby's nursery, cabinets, drawers, anywhere you need light but can't run power to. As baby is sleeping, you can still access what you need without having to turn on the room lights.

The cabinet light emits a soft but powerful light which makes it suitable for most situations.

Wireless and powered by two 'AAA' batteries (included), it is triggered on when the drawer or door is opened, and will automatically turn off when closed again.

I thought this was the most excellent product I had come across in years. The number of times I have been babysitting my neice's kids and gone stumbling into the room to give them a cuddle when they were crying and ended up flat on my face because of an unseen toy is too big a number for me to remember.
When I showed this to my neice and explained what it was for she was all for giving it a go. Especially as there was a new movie she wanted to go see with her man. Typical. Kids these days, eh. Wink Icon
So sure enough uncle was volunteered for minder duty and sure enough at 11pm the first quiet grizzle sounded. About 10 minutes later we had the full on 'bad dream blues' in D(ear) Minor at top volume. So in I went.
For the first time in over a year I was able to get into the room, over to the cot, baby soothed and head back out again, and no bumping into, falling over and breaking of, a favoured toy. This things works a treat! OK so its supposed to go on a cupboard or cabinet but who says thats the limit of its usefulness eh? It went just fine above the door with the magnetic switch thing stuck to the top edge of the door back. When the door opened the light went on, when the door closed I saw the glow go away. Perfect.
And in the morning it was a s simple as reach up and press the small button on the front to switch the whole thing off totally until needed again that night. My niece was chuffed and so was I. My shins and face are still intact and the buby thinks I am just the greatest. So well worth the money. Batteries included and installed before you buy it so its just use the supplied doublesided tape pads to lock it all in place and you are set.
