Now this one was going to be a bit of a stretch for me... since I don't have any devices that take the M2 card directly... but thankfully, this little unit comes with an adaptor up to MemoryStick Pro Duo format, which fits very nicely into my camcorder. With my participation in the Community Gold Project : Santa's Makeover, this was the perfect time to slap the card into the adaptor, put that into the camcorder, and go take some footage and stills...

Alas, things didn't quite work out as planned, and after a short while I had to hand the cam over to another participant, but I at least got a chance to test the card with stillframes. Now, the speed the cam can drop images into the card isn't all that zippy, so the card was easily able to keep up... so speed wasn't an issue. Storage space was also good for the camcorder, with images at 3 megapixels with medium compression leaving plenty of room in 1gig. I can imagine, from dealings with my own PDA/Phone, that this would prove quite ample space for even the most dedicated user. Mobile data is tight!

Overall... a pretty good card for any mobile device, and with the adaptor, quite function across a range of devices. For me, it's uses would be limited, but it has a lot of potential...
