After reading the first four books there were a lot of questions, as I was reading I had to try and remember all that had already happened and to read the book without any preconceived ideas of what would happen, sometimes bad things happen to good people and sometimes it does really seem like the bad guys are going to win.

It was great that the puzzle started to fall into place and that the kids had to work together to get things done and that no one was more important than anybody else. The book was not a big book (only 188 pages) but a lot of action happened in those pages, it is great to have a fast paced story. I managed to read this in a few hours and now I have the entire series I'm going to enjoy reading the books again.

I loved how the lowest servant could also be a hero and how the children learnt to deal with differences. This is the type of story every child should read or have read to them, the story is fast paced enough not to be boring and has heaps of action and anyone with a good imagination can picture most the scenes in their minds and the book ends well with hardly any unanswered questions.

At last, the conclusion to this series has arrived! I was kept in suspense after book 4 as it was some time before I got hold of book 5. My wait wasn't for nothing, however, as I found the book to be quite fun to read, it tied up all the loose ends that had built up over the course of the series, which was very satisfying. I think the story was great, it described the things that were going on in the book very well, I found it very easy to picture the scenes in my head, which is always a good thing for me.

I definitely think that the series has improved greatly since it's beginning, I have found it more interesting and appealing, and I think this book is perfect proof of this. The book was organised well, it switched between the perspective of the characters very well, and it actually made a more complete picture of the scene when it did that.

I actually became quite engaged with the story, and found myself reading non-stop for quite a while, so I finished the book quite fast, which is a good sign, whenever I read a book for the first time and I take ages to read it, it's either a big book or I dislike it. For a series this small, I think it is quite impressive, and this book was probably my favourite.

The book has a good price, it falls into the Goldilocks zone and matches the book's value very well. I would be happy to read the book again, although I would probably read all the other books in sequence before reading this one, as the story in this book only makes sense when you have collected the facts from the previous books beforehand. Overall, I would say that this is an awesome book, it was well-written, highly engaging, and from what I could tell it was good from all ages, but more towards the teen-ages. I would highly recommend this to all who enjoy fantasy books, so enjoy!
