Erm, I can't top up the oil in my car without dumping at least a few hundred millilitres over the engine block. It's just a combination of a shakey hand, awkward position of the filling nozzle, and the design of the oil container. On their own, none are really an issue. In combination, it's a disaster.

So, after a few years of cooked-on oil and grime, the engine block was looking pretty crappy. So, after a brief shopping trip to Super Cheap Autos I finally had a can of pressurised engine degreaser to test. This stuff sounded too good to be true. Spray, leave it for a bit, hose it clean.

As I sprayed the degreaser on, I noticed that most of the grime was already detaching and washing free. This stuff was great! After a few minutes, I grabbed the hose and washed the engine 99% clean in one easy step. A few minutes effort with a toothbrush-sized wire brush, another quick squirt of degreaser and a final hosing and the engine was clean for the first time in years!

Overall, this is a great product, and I plan to go buy another couple of cans and keep them in the boot for future. You never know when a grease solvent could come in handy.

Hi,
I always use your degreaser and usually without any problem, but when I used it lasst week it took all the paint off my motor, air filter cover etc. I have never seen this happen before. Please reply as I would like to know what has caused this. Thank you
