When winter hits our house often sounds like we have adopted the local dog pound with all the coughing, my one son gets a very chesty cough and have heaps of phlegm that he seriously battles to cough up and my other son often gets a dry raspy cough (he suffers a lot of croup) and I have bad sinus which block up easily and have both types of cough. In the past I have had to buy heaps of different cough syrups and nasal sprays for me with very limited results so in desperation I went and asked a pharmacist what they would recommend and this is what was suggested as a syrup for the whole family for every type of cough and as a bonus it clears the airways as well. When I got home I gave the boys their first dose, what impressed me was that I only have to give them 2.5ml twice a day and after the first night I could tell a difference especially in my phlegmy sounding son, he had noticeably less phlegm and as a bonus both boys love the taste and have asked for more when they start coughing and not tried to hide their coughs, in the past they have told me that they aren't coughing and don't need any cough medicine. I have used it for myself as I'm over using nasal sprays to try and clear my sinus passages as they don't work for the first two to three days and leave a nasty horrible taste in my mouth. I can use 5ml three times a day and often only use morning and night it is that effective. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an alternative medicine and one that actually does what it says it will. |
