This is a very cool card for anyone with a digital camera. 4gb will store a LOT of photos from a little point and shoot, and will still store plenty if you have a nice digital SLR like the new'ish Nikon D40x. Shooting in RAW mode gives you so much control over the file, and with the new versions of Photoshop being able to cope with RAW easily, its great to have plenty of room to stack your pix until you get back to a machine to download. Nothing worse than running out of storage space in the middle of a great run of shots.
This card doesn't have a snob factor, it won't look down it's nose at people who don't have media readers that can cope with SDHC format, because it comes with a really nifty little USB adapter that allows you smooth, hassle free access to the files no matter what. All you need is USB!
The transfer was pretty impressive. The camera didn't fill it's onboard buffer between steady shots, and when it came time to shove them off into a PC it was pretty zippy at around 8mb per sec on average, which is pretty impressive for non-ideal conditions. (ie. The real world with PC's running lots of pointless drivel in the background.)
At the end of the day, if you have a device that will accept SDHC then SanDisk's offering is something you should really consider. Quality, price, durability, and added features, they have it all.
