For those who have an interest in property maintenance, investment or development, this would have to be an invaluable tool, both for research and for ongoing account maintenance. The 'Property' module includes all the information that you would need to track down the owner of a property you are interested in, without compromising their privacy. This will supply you with the same information available in the various public records, but it's all in one place, compiled for your ready access, saving you a lot of leg work, elbow grease and calussed thumbs.

The previous version of Property Boundaries module that I used didn't really provide anywhere near as much information, and while being driven by the new v3 engine, this version is absolutely unbeatable. The display is a lot cleaner and clearer to read, the various data layers adapt to keep the labels unobstructed, and it is just a far superior product all around. Here at KIWIreviews we use it extensively with our database of suppliers and reviewers, in order to make sure we are using our resources to their utmost efficiency. By batching some orders together for intercity trips, and allowing for regional redistribution, we have managed to shave nearly 16% off our P&H budgets in the last 3 months alone! We have also managed to trim a tidy 7% off our travel costs for trips out to remote areas such as Whitianga and our recent company outing to Lake Taupo, with a side-stop at Gravity Canyon.

Overall, if you have any requirements for specific data regarding property information, this is the product you will need, whether you are wanting to know who to talk to about buying a house, wanting to check up on the legal ownership of a block of commercial land, or want to know who owns the farm you want to go hunting on... But make sure you keep the module current with the quarterly updates, or you might just find yourself banking on outdated information.

I purchased TUMONZ Vers 3 about 12 months ago and I still have yet to use it. Installation and getting it up and running is extremely troublesome with modules not working and basically showing nothing except the basic street layouts. Even though I have the Property Module I cannot get the information to come up. Tumonz have given good support but to date they have not been able to make it work either. I have resorted to going back to Ver 2 where at least I can get the Property Information I need!

Hey Nickk... I had that trouble too... so I uninstalled everything, did a fresh install of TUMONZ v3, THEN installed the modules, re-registered them... and *THEN I WENT INTO THE MAP LAYERS, and turned on all the Property layers manually* This solved my problem, and I have had trouble-free use since then.

Also, make sure you download the latest free update from the TUMONZ website and install it BEFORE you re-install your modules... lots of new features, plenty of updates and fixes... hopefully this will fix the issue for you.
