Superman Returns product reviews

Following a mysterious absence of several years, the Man of Steel comes back to Earth in the epic action-adventure Superman Returns, a soaring new chapter in the saga of one of the world's most beloved superheroes.

While an old enemy plots to render him powerless once and for all, Superman faces the heartbreaking realization that the woman he loves, Lois Lane, has moved on with her life. Or has she? Superman's bittersweet return challenges him to bridge the distance between them while finding a place in a society that has learned to survive without him.

In an attempt to protect the world he loves from cataclysmic destruction, Superman embarks on an epic journey of redemption that takes him from the depths of the ocean to the far reaches of outer space.

This movie reminded me of a vegetarian taco... all corn and cheese, no real meat.

Full of overblown acting (Look out Kevin, there were places you could easily have been swapped with Jim Carrey!) and overly romantic 'atmospheric music' that was just, oh so soppy pap.

Overall, a total waste of my life... I want my ticket price and nearly 3 hours of my life refunded please... this movie was like Kevin Spacey's baldy head... pointless.

For more info, browse to www.imdb.com/title/tt0348150/trivia - here you will also get an idea of why the movie flopped so badly...

Director: Gil Kenan

Product image for Monster HouseThere goes the neighbourhood! Three adventurous kids do battle with a living, breathing, vengeful house in this comically-frightful CGI tale from mega-producers Steven Speilberg and Robert Zemeckis. Direct from its big screen cinema release and featuring the voice talents of Steve Buscemi, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Jason Lee, MONSTER HOUSE is funny, smart, scary and ‚úthe best computer-animated feature to from Hollywood in a long while‚Ě!
